People Who Hate Their Own Skin Color And Race - The Rachel Dolezal Effect
If we should go search through the internet with anything but a fine tooth comb, we would find hundreds of thousands of people who simply hate the color of their skin and their ethnic background. You will find many black people who wish that they were born white and believe it or not, some white persons who wish they were born black. We will go into these people issues in clear cut detail, but first lets take a look at skin color and what the color of someones skin really means. There are so many misconceptions of the color of one's skin and the origins or ethnic background of that person. If we were to slice up the earth into skin color borders we would see that we have more lines than a globe head cane row. The continent of Africa is predominantly black skinned people, then there is the first skin color runner up of people who are white, all of which are Africans. You will notice I did not say race, we are on skin color. Europe is predominantly white and then you will have black skin color. America of course is predominantly white and you will have black skin color. South America is predominantly Black and then you have white skin color. The thing about skin color is this, it comes in many many shades, especially if you are a colored person. It does not need to be a mix race to have different shades of skin color. If you are not white then you are considered a colored person. So it depends on what shade of melanin you got, then you are put into class of skin such as black, brown and yellow. For me, there is no brown or yellow person, the last time i saw a brown or yellow person was in a japan anime. I know colors and i am surely not color blind.
The fact is that there are people from all the continents with different mix in skin color. Forget the hocus pocus of slaves being brought from Africa to the Europe and the Americas and that's how the black blood came about. Yes, slavery is real and many black Africans were captured by other Africans and sold to white invaders for guns and drugs. But that is a part of history for a different session. Black skinned people lived in these nations long before the white skinned came down from the mountains. Do any of you know what the word Caucasian means? Millions use the term and have no idea what it means when you hear a Caucasian male. Caucasian never actually meant white until some scholar twisted it around to mean the "whitest of skin" Even the dark skinned Europeans were thrown out as not being white enough, so they were classified as non-Caucasian aka mongoloids. Before the purging of dark skinned people from lands, you had dark skinned Chinese, dark skinned Europeans, dark skinned Americans. There were skin color of many shades living as one in any nation. Then later on the prejudice or what is now classified as racism began.
Blacks Wanting To Be White
In one of my previous articles titled : Black People Destroying There Melanin And The effects of Skin Bleaching, I made several clear points as to why Black People bleach, and that is to simply have a lighter tone. A lighter skin tone means better treatment and more opportunities. Can you believe that in the year 2015 we are still hypnotized by the misconception of skin and beauty. The thing is this, white people actually control how their country is governed, not governments and laws, yes, the laws are good and many of them are well appreciated as it as lead many companies being exposed for racial discrimination. But the biggest problem is simply fair treatment. Yes, the racial problem all boils down to fair treatment, one flat line across the board. Since black people have experienced the unfairness of skin color for hundreds of years and continuing to oblivion, what many are doing now is simply playing a stupid game that white people have created. Whats the game name? "The lighter the righter." For you to get certain jobs in America, it is plane and simple, either you are white and dropped out of school and promoted to manager of stores, or you are a well educated black person with light skin and a masters degree whom the white school drop out supervises. Yes people, that is how many white countries work, skin color first then qualifications after. So in order to beat them at their own game, since most white people can't see pass the dermis. You bleach and fade into their world and then when you are white enough you may get that managerial position. That my friend is the real honest scenario of the world we live in. So many blacks will just do about anything for a much lighter shade and straight hair. We know about thousands of blacks who wish they were white and have done many things to their skin to become white, but what about the reverse? Does that even exist where white people wish that they were black and do everything to become black such as excessive tanning and skin darkening? Is the The Rachel Doezal Effect an epidemic! Will it be contained or will more whites be coming out saying they are black and want to be black? Well who knows!
Whites Wanting To Be Black
Some of you are reading this and are saying things like, who on God's earth wants to be black when blacks face so much shit. Well, dark skinned blacks face many shitty things, but if you are light skinned your life is easier. So Rachel Dolezal is actually a white person who has pretended to be black. She has applied to universities under the disguise as an African American and have even filled out forms stating that she is "afro-ameri". So what is wrong with Rachel Dolezal why she would want to disassociate her self from white privilege to come down to the hard reality of black people. The fact is that she is not black and if she was, her skin color would have defended her whiteness. Its all about the skin friends. So even if Rachel Dolezal father was really Black African American and her mom a white american, America would accept her as white simply because her skin is. But Rachel Dolezal enjoys the the goodies of both worlds, the power and soul in having black lineage and the privileges of having white skin. She knows she will be respected as a white person and will not face discrimination from the police if she walks down a suburban street. But lets not just pour the concrete over Rachel Dolezal's back alone. She is not the only wanna be "Black Sheep" around.
Many white kids think that being black is the way to go and is actually fun and cool. They have a liking for black dressing (Yes, there is a black dress code!) They emulate many black singers and rappers and virtually begin to act like black people in they way they express themselves. Why is this and was this because of Rachel Dolezal? No my friend, Rachel is highlighted because of what she represents. Simple as that. I have had the privilege of speaking to one of my commenters on my article about Black people destroying their melanin and i was quite surprised as to the answers that this claimed white person gave as to why he wants to be black. He believes that everybody should be able to choose their skin color the way they choose the color of their clothes. So my good friend "Big daddy Oreo" that's what he calls himself, wants to be black because:
- He could defend his white friends better
- Black skin makes a man look stronger.
- No one would mess with him.
Big daddy Oreo has glorified the black skin even though he is white, he would change the color of his skin in the blink of an eye if he could. There are thousands more people who literally wish that they were black even after telling them how they would have to fight and struggle growing up as a black person. They have no problem with that. But as the saying goes "who feels it knows it". So lets not just take the load off Rachel Dolezal's shoulder for a while and look at the bigger picture. Common people don't really give a rats ass about skin color, if the tides should shift tomorrow and all privileges were bestowed upon black skin then surely whites would find any way possible to begin darkening. They are just people being people and have the right to exercise their choice of race or skin color just like how a man or a woman have the right for a sex change and to be with whomever they want to. But, yes there is a but, not because we have the right, makes it right!
